The registered office of the Anzino Public Institute was moved in the last decade of the last century to the "Spadina" House in Anzino. In this building, there is the Sala del Consiglio, where the meetings of the Board of Directors and the most solemn moments in the life of the organization take place.

The Council Room of the Public Institute of Anzino is located in the house that was originally of the Spadina counts (who were among the founders of the institution in Rome) and is characterized by a splendid wooden floor, bearing the family crest or the two crossed swords, and the frescoed walls. The Institute's Board of Directors usually meets in this room.
